JAKE HAWKSWORTH

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Areas of expertise: Fabrication, engineering, industrial design, product development, manufacturing processes, production management, business management.

Career highlights: Led the development and product launch of over 100 products in the powersports industry. Holds 8 U.S. patents in suspension design and mechanical systems. Founded / co-founded 4 companies including Hypercraft as a serial entrepreneur.


JONATHON MILLER

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF MARKETING & CREATIVE OFFICER

Areas of expertise: Art direction, creative strategy, storytelling, adventure and performance enthusiast.

Career highlights: Art and Creative Director for Polaris, Victory Motorcycles, Ski-Doo, Vail Resorts, US Forest Service, National Forest Foundation; Disrupted a global snowmobile industry through creative strategy for Polaris; Winter backcountry expert, motorized avalanche educator, and public lands motorized access advocate.


LEE ROWE

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Areas of expertise: Strategic planning and implementation, business turnaround management, lean manufacturing, performance metrics design and implementation, leadership coaching and assessment, ERP systems design and implementation.

Career highlights: Lead the turn around for four failing businesses, saving jobs and owner’s investments; Helped design and manufacture satellites and weapon systems to protect our country; Brought several new products to production and market that are in use worldwide; Served as board Chairperson and board member for several companies.

Career highlights: Managed teams and team travel for groups and events of varying sizes; Experience design sabbatical in Hawaii; Researched and developed restaurant location plan and liaised with government organizations to provide permitting and achieve a successful launch.

BEN SMITH

PRODUCT ENGINEER

Areas of expertise: Electric powertrain systems and components, technical diagnostics, communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

Career highlights: Reverse engineered Tesla Roadster powertrain to repair vehicles Tesla no longer had the resources to service; Designed and built a ground up conversion of a Mazda Miata for autocross that was praised by Mazda executives and engineers at a Mazda Raceway/Laguna Seca event.


KORY NEGRICH

HEAD OF PRODUCT DESIGN

Areas of expertise: Computer Aided Design, product design, rendering, prototyping, developing design language

Career highlights: Obtained a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Arizona State University; Led new product development for clients in the powersports industry; Worked on suspension, body, and electrical components for off-road vehicles; Designed over 50 products with multiple patents over various industries.
